Hosted at the Isle of Wight Steam Railway by Quay Arts, widely considered as the Isle of Wight’s leading art gallery and venue for live arts events, this beautifully preserved award-winning railway creates the perfect backdrop for a truly special day out. Travel back to the golden age of travel at the Isle of Wight Steam Railway. Step aboard glorious Edwardian and Victorian wooden-bodied carriages for your journey through the rolling Island countryside, hauled by a gleaming steam locomotive – book online to reserve your own compartment. A visit to the Railway is much more than a train ride. Visit the Train Story Discovery Centre, take in the free birds of prey displays, or just relax in the station gardens and watch the train go by. The performance takes place in the Railway’s events field at Havenstreet station. There’s ample free parking, plus a bar and hot refreshments are available throughout the evening.
