Work with The Lord Chamberlain’s Men

Founded in 2004 The Lord Chamberlain’s Men have established themselves as one of the UK’s leading touring theatre companies. The Lord Chamberlain’s Men are the 21st century reincarnation of Shakespeare’s original company and present his work as he first saw it performed; in the open air with all male casts and Elizabethan costume, music and dance. We have brought our popular and authentic brand of Shakespeare to hundreds of venues and more than 500,000 audience members since the company’s inception. With an artistic focus based on the guiding principles of Authenticity, Excellence and Magic the company are renowned for high-quality productions that tour throughout the UK and internationally.

Periodically we look for new people to join The Lord Chamberlain’s Men both on stage and in the wider creative team. We will post those adverts here.

Actors – Hamlet

We post our call outs for actors on Spotlight in February. We believe in making our casting process as open and equitable as is possible and so our Spotlight breakdowns get posted to all agents and actors on that service and we are happy to accept submissions from those with or without agents. We will read and try to respond to any emails we receive about casting but the only way we will be able to call you for an audition is via Spotlight.
