Venue information
Broadway Tower is an iconic landmark and Gothic folly built in 1798 on top of the beautiful Cotswolds escarpment, to add romance and interest to the landscape for the 6th Earl of Coventry. The brainchild of the great landscape designer Capability Brown, it was built as a lasting love token from the Earl to his beloved wife.
Officially the highest point in the Cotswolds, enjoy breath-taking views spanning 16 counties and 62 miles in each direction. This is a timeless vista of phantom outlines encompassing Neolithic settlements, Bronze & Iron Age forts and long lost Roman Villas. The tower museum, viewing platform and cafe will be open until 5pm on performance day.
Just 30 mins drive from both Stratford-upon-Avon and Cheltenham, experience great English heritage and superb quality outdoor theatre in an inspiring location. The perfect place to watch the sun go down.
