The Lord Chamberlain’s Men receives no public subsidy and relies on revenue raised through donations and our sponsorship scheme to survive.
Sponsor a prop
A donation of just £25 would provide us with a skull for Hamlet or a dagger for Macbeth.
Sponsor a day’s rehearsal
A donation of £100 would provide us with one day’s studio hire.
Sponsor a piece of set
A donation of just £250 would provide us with 50 litres of paint enabling us to paint the entire set.
Sponsor a Costume
A donation of £500 would provide an actor with his doublet and hose.
Sponsor an Actor
A donation of £1000 would provide a month’s accommodation for an actor.

Exclusive Sponsorship
By becoming the exclusive sponsor of The Lord Chamberlain’s Men production, you will ensure that your company’s name and profile is the sole sponsor of the entire season, ensuring guaranteed recognition of your company with every mention of The Lord Chamberlain’s Men and your logo and company name on all publicity material produced by us.

Casting
The Lord Chamberlain’s Men tour each summer from May to September, with rehearsals beginning in April. Casting takes place in February.
Owing to the particular demands of performing Shakespeare, auditions can be by invitation only. Any contact should be made by sending a covering letter, CV and photograph to our London Office.
Every request will be carefully read and considered.
